About Dee Fultz
Bringing a multi-disciplinary set of skills with me, I am both degreed and hold Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) certification. I hold Trainer of Trainers (TOT) certification from the Indian Health Bureau in Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders, have hundreds of hours of post college training, and over 35 years of experience in both Early Childhood Education and Special Education.
Starting at ground zero as a volunteer in my children’s classrooms, I worked my way up to Director in center-based care. I was Director of an on-site, high school Teen Parent Child Development Center for two years. I have also been a therapeutic/Medical Tier II, foster parent for over a decade for exceptional needs children.
Today, I own my own training business: Teaching Moments LLC™, and am a national trainer in Early Childhood Education. I am a frequent presenter for Oregon Association of Education for Young Children (oaeyc), presenter for OHSA (Oregon Head Start Association)-Parents and Staff, State-wide and National Head Start/Early Head Start, privatized center-based care environments, and in-home family networks- *(please see testimonial page).
